By accepting our general conditions of sale, you accept the following warranty conditions:

The products and materials sold on this site www.transfer-id.com are guaranteed in accordance with the guarantees provided by our suppliers under normal use. The warranty does not cover any abnormal use: degradation by shock or overvoltage. The warranty is 1 to 2 years depending on the equipment. It does not apply to consumables and wear parts. For machines, no response or repair time is guaranteed and the warranty must be accepted by the manufacturer. To be able to benefit from the product warranty, you must keep the purchase invoice.

For any warranty process, you can contact us via our contact form. The buyer is prohibited from returning the goods to us without our prior consent. In the event of a recognized guarantee, the goods affected by a defect will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or even reimbursed.

TRANSFER ID declines all responsibility in the event that the goods chosen by the purchaser are not used in accordance with the use defined at the outset. Any return or recovery of material must be the subject of a formal agreement. In the absence of this agreement, the equipment remains at the disposal of the purchaser and will not give rise to the establishment of a credit note. The costs and risks of return are the responsibility of the purchaser.

TRANSFER ID will not be liable for any compensation for immaterial damage such as loss of production, operating loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data, financial or commercial damage or others which would be the direct or indirect consequence of the damage suffered as a result of the use or failure of the delivered goods.
