Shipments

Shipments of less than 30 kg are made by providers DHL and La Poste. The lead time for these providers is 24 to 48 hours depending on the destinations. Typically 90% of deliveries are made within 24 hours. The deadlines for DOM-TOM are extended. In all cases, TRANSFER ID informs you of the shipment of the package. Availability of goods

Products of any kind are delivered within 2 to 5 days (subject to availability in stock). If out of stock or if there is an order remaining from our suppliers, TRANSFER ID undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail or by telephone in order to indicate the new delivery time of his order, or to offer a replacement product, for example. , different coil length.

Control of products received

Upon receipt of the package, the customer is required to check the delivered goods. The customer must open the package in order to control it himself.
