- By any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.transfer-id.com.
ARTICLE 1: OBJECT
The site is the exclusive property of TRANSFER ID in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any total or partial reproduction is systematically subject to the authorization of its owners. These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between TRANSFER ID and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.transfer-id.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer who acknowledges having read these conditions of sale prior to ordering. TRANSFER ID retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.
ARTICLE 2. PRODUCTS
The products offered are those which appear on the TRANSFER ID company website www.transfer-id.com, within the limits of available stocks. TRANSFER ID reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on this site in the form of a description containing the main technical characteristics.
The photographs, texts, graphics, technical sheets are mostly taken from documentations prepared by manufacturers or constructors, reproduced under their control and with their agreement. The photographs of the products offered for sale are non-contractual. The responsibility of TRANSFER ID cannot be engaged if errors occur, it reserves the right to change without notice.
The sale of products presented on the site www.transfer-id.com is intended for all buyers residing in countries which fully authorize the entry into their territory of these products.
ARTICLE 2.1 PRODUCT DIMENSIONS
The dimensions of the products on sale on the www.transfer-id.com website are subject to a tolerance of +/- 2%. It is the customer's responsibility to check the dimensions of the items before starting the production of a design.
ARTICLE 2.2 PRODUCT COLOURS
The previews of the colours of the articles are given as an indication and are in no way contractual, the actual colours may vary slightly.
ARTICLES 3. PRICES
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. TRANSFER ID reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In Metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to 150 euros including tax, shipping costs are free; for any order less than 150 euros including tax, a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at a variable amount, depending on the weight of his order.
ARTICLE 4. ORDER
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the site www.transfer-id.com. The account creation section is accessible directly from the menu bar at the top of the page. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, order history, etc.), must identify himself using his personal information.
Any order on the site www.transfer-id.com entails an express and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which constitute an essential element of the contract between the buyer and the seller.
The buyer acknowledges having full knowledge of them, and then waives the right to rely on any document, which may be contradictory, and in particular the general conditions of purchase which are specific to him. The sale will be final from the confirmation of the order. TRANSFER ID reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or for any other payment problem.
The information given by the buyer when ordering is binding on him; in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, TRANSFER ID cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the goods.
TRANSFER ID retains full ownership of the products sold, until full collection of all sums due on the occasion of an order. However, upon receipt of the goods, the burden of risk is transferred to the purchaser who must ensure the proper conservation of these goods.
ARTICLE 5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
TRANSFER ID offers the buyer the option of ordering and paying for their products in several stages, with 2 payment options to choose from:
Secure payment by credit card: the buyer is redirected to the secure interface of CIC in order to securely enter their personal bank card information. Credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never pass unencrypted over the network. Visa, Carte Bleue and MasterCard bank cards will be automatically debited after validation of your order. Transfer-ID can also take payment by bank card online over the phone +33 9.67.04.74.21.
Payment by bank transfer: the buyer must contact his bank in order to make the transfer corresponding to the amount of his order (shipping and VAT included) to the TRANSFER ID bank account, the contact details of which are as follows:

IMPORTANT: Please indicate the number of your order in the wording part. Upon receipt of the bank transfer, the order will be processed and sent as soon as possible.
The confirmation of an order entails the acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. TRANSFER ID will send confirmation of the registration of the order by email.

ARTICLE 6. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Products of any kind are delivered within 2 to 5 days (subject to availability in stock). If out of stock or if there is an order remaining from our suppliers, TRANSFER ID undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail or by telephone in order to indicate the new delivery time of his order, or to offer a replacement product, for example. , different coil length.
If TRANSFER ID is unable to supply the goods ordered, following an out of stock or product stoppage at one of its suppliers, the company undertakes to immediately notify the customer by telephone in order to consider the replacement. by a product of the same quality and of the same value by considering its delivery as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 7. RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
For any sale of any product, the goods remain the property of TRANSFER ID until full payment of the price of the order. The transfer of ownership will only take place for the benefit of the purchaser after payment has been made.
In the event of non-payment and eight days after a formal notice has remained ineffective, the contract will be automatically terminated and TRANSFER ID may take back the products that the buyer will be required to return. In the absence of immediate restitution by the buyer, a simple summary order, issued by the President of the Commercial Court of Lyon, to whom jurisdiction has been granted, will suffice to obtain this restitution.
ARTICLE 8. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return.
In order to ensure the proper management of returns, we invite you to notify our customer service beforehand and to follow the return instructions below.
You must mention your name, first name, order number or invoice and telephone number and indicate the reason for your return. No product can be exchanged before having been received by us in good condition, as delivered by TRANSFER ID.
TRANSFER ID can only take back products returned in their entirety (accessories, warranty coupon, drivers, manual, protective cover, etc.) with their packaging and for the consumable in their original dimensions.
After checking the returned products, a penalty of 10% to 80% may be applied if the products are not returned clean, in new condition, folded and packed in their original packaging. Please note that if there is no preparation error on the part of Transfer ID, transport costs will not be included in the refund.
Calculation of the penalty rate
Discount rate on the refund (these rates can be added together):
- Folded item: -10% of the price of the item
- Article without its original packaging or returned with damaged original packaging: -10% of the price of the article
- Stained, torn or unsaleable item: from -80% of the item price to refusal of the request and return of the item to the customer
Refunds and exchanges are only possible if you have not damaged the product and if the above conditions are met.
ARTICLE 9. DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
All orders over 150€ including VAT and whose delivery address is located in metropolitan France are completely exempt from shipping and packaging costs. Orders under 150€ including VAT will be subject to a contribution to the cost of postage and packing.

For all orders to overseas departments and territories, we ask you to contact TRANSFER ID directly to find out the cost of shipping.
The delivery in Metropolitan France is generally carried out by a different choice of transport according to the weight and the volume of the goods. Delivery is made within the time slot agreed directly with the customer by handing over the product directly to the recipient, or in the event of absence, to another person authorised by the customer. Delivery to a relay point is also possible when validating your order. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Your orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. Outside metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the orders are received.
The delivery time given at the time of order confirmation is that announced by our carriers (24 to 48 hours on average on working days) + our order preparation time (2-3 working days on average) depending on stock availability. Delays in delivery cannot, under any circumstances, justify the cancellation of the order by the buyer, nor give rise to damages.
In the event of apparent defects, the purchaser benefits from the right of return under the conditions provided for in this document.
Fire, strikes, accidents, bad weather and the impossibility of being supplied are considered as cases of force majeure discharging the seller from his obligation to deliver. The goods are always transported at the risk of the recipient. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the condition of the package upon arrival. The customer then has 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of a shortage or damage. In the event of an apparent defect (product left over from the delivery note, damaged package, broken product, etc.), you are invited to report it within 72 hours by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
In the event of the slightest problem upon receipt, if the products need to be returned, it is essential that you keep the items in the state in which they were delivered to you (accessories, instructions, packaging, etc.).
In the context of your delivery, whether you accept the delivery or not, for any opened and/or damaged package, you will have to make "handwritten reservations" which you will notify on the deliveryman's slip and of which you will inform Transfer-Id by post within three working days following the delivery.
ARTICLE 10. LITIGATION
The present contract being subjected to the French right, TRANSFER ID cannot be held for person in charge of the damage of all natures, as well material as immaterial or body which could result from a bad operation or the bad use of the marketed products. It is the same for the possible modifications of the products resulting from the manufacturers.
The responsibility of TRANSFER ID will be limited to the amount of the order and could not be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have remained in spite of all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
ARTICLE 11. GUARANTEE
TRANSFER ID could not be held for person in charge for nonrespect of the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of reception, the responsibility for TRANSFER ID is systematically limited to the value of the product put in question, value at its date of sale and this, without possibility of recourse towards the mark or the company producing the product.
In any assumption, the customer profits from the legal guarantee of eviction and the hidden defects (article 1625 and following of the Civil code), with the condition that the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the salesman must legally repair all the consequences (article 1641 and following of the Civil code).
In the event of hidden defect, the written complaint will have to be made immediately after the observation of the defect, it is up to the purchaser to make the proof that it is about a hidden defect and to preserve at the disposal of TRANSFER ID the totality of the goods, object of the complaint and presenting the stated defect.
The buyer is not allowed to return the goods without our prior agreement. In the case of a recognised guarantee, the goods affected by a defect will, at TRANSFER ID's choice, be replaced free of charge or the price will be refunded to the buyer, all other claims being excluded.
TRANSFER ID declines all responsibility if the goods chosen by the purchaser are not used in accordance with the intended purpose. Any return or taking back of the material must be formally agreed upon. In the absence of this agreement, the material is held at the disposal of the purchaser and will not give rise to the establishment of a credit note. The costs and risks of return remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
TRANSFER ID will not be held liable for any compensation for immaterial damages such as loss of production, loss of exploitation, loss of chance, loss of data, financial or commercial prejudice or others which would be the direct or indirect consequence of damages suffered following the use or the failure of the goods or materials delivered.

The company TRANSFER ID, in the process of remote sale, is held only by an obligation of means. Its responsibility could not be committed for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, or other involuntary problems.
ARTICLE 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements of the website www.transfer-id.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company TRANSFER ID. Nobody is authorized to reproduce, to exploit, or to use with some title that it is, even partially, of the elements of the site that they are in the form of photo, logo, visual or text without the agreement of TRANSFER ID.
