For optimal transfer, set your heat press to 140°C. Apply the film for 12 seconds with medium pressure. This method guarantees precise application, achieving high-quality results while preserving the texture of the fabric.
To maintain the brilliance of your creations, it is recommended to wash textiles at a maximum temperature of 40°C. When ironing, always iron inside out to protect the 3D pattern and avoid any degradation.

1. Mirror Cutting of the Film
- Configure the cutting machine in mirror mode so that the design is correctly oriented after application.
- Use a suitable flex blade and adjust the blade setting to match the thickness of the flex to achieve a clean cut without damaging the backing. It is advisable to perform a test cut before starting production.
2. Weeding
- Once the cutting is done, proceed with weeding, which means removing the excess material around the design.
- Use weeding tools such as a hook or tweezers to remove small pieces without damaging the design.
3. Pressing the Marking onto the Textile
- Position the design on the textile, with the adhesive side of the flex against the fabric, while keeping the protective polyester film in place.
- Protect the design with silicone paper to prevent the heat press platen from coming into direct contact with the polyester.
- Set the heat press to 140°C, apply medium pressure, and press for 12 seconds.
4. Removing the Polyester
- Remove the polyester film while it is still warm, gently pulling it off to avoid lifting the design.
By following these steps, you will achieve a clean and durable marking on your textile.
- Follow the care instructions specified on the garment: The recommendations for the fabric on which the film has been applied must be followed to ensure its durability.
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash: This allows the film to properly adhere to the fabric and prevents it from peeling off or deteriorating prematurely.
- Iron only on the reverse side: To protect the transfer and avoid damage from direct heat, it is essential to iron the garment inside out.
- Storage: The film should be stored in optimal conditions, namely in an upright position, away from direct light and humidity, for a maximum of one year. Improper storage may alter the film’s properties, such as its adhesion or elasticity.
- Washing: The garment can be washed at a maximum temperature of 60°C. It is recommended to wash it inside out to prevent the transfer from being exposed to friction, which could damage it.
- Do not use harsh products: Detergents containing bleach or other aggressive chemicals can deteriorate the film and affect its durability.
- Tumble drying: Not recommended. Tumble drying may deteriorate the transfer and the fabric.
- Dry cleaning: Not recommended. Dry cleaning could alter the quality of the transfer.
These recommendations are essential to ensure the quality and longevity of the marking on personalized textiles.
